6. Shipping and Delivery

Avenzaq offers shipping to eligible addresses within the United States, subject to product availability and delivery restrictions.

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

• Orders under $150 are subject to a $7.95 standard shipping fee.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. statutory holidays.

Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii typically take 3–7 business days after shipment. Remote and rural areas may require additional time.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, high order volumes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For larger furniture products, delivery services may vary. Assembly, indoor placement, and packaging removal are not included unless expressly stated in the product listing or at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Items must meet the applicable return requirements, and certain products may not be eligible for return. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns.
